He is identified as Anthony Cager, 23, of Longview. KETK reports he was released on May 29th on a $500 bond. He had been sentenced to 120 days in jail for  violating his probation for possession of marijuana. When the error was discovered, a warrant was issued for unauthorized absence from a correction facility. After Cager was contacted, he surrendered to authorities.
