Police Chief Robert Vine Tells KETK, Amanda Hickman is facing one count of injury to a child, a state jail felony.  Authorities are looking into allegations that she injured a young student. The boy&#8217;s mother claims her son had permission to be under the teacher&#8217;s desk to wind down when he becomes agitated or antsy. During this time the boy grabbed some candy from the teacher&#8217;s drawer. The mother said the teacher grabbed the boy by his feet and dragged him out of the classroom.
