KETK reports a grand jury indicted Orlandos Lugene Johnson, 47, who had been a 22-year employee of the school district. He was arrested on April 1 and booked into the Upshur County Jail. He is being held on $250,000 bond.  Allegations were made by a former student.  Johnson was placed on leave immediately once the Upshur County Sheriff&#8217;s Office alerted the school district.
