Kevin Eltife.   For its part, the Marijuana Policy Project calls it a good start.   But spokeswoman Heather Fazio says there are a lot of other sick people who are being left out.  Fazio mentions &#8220;cancer patients, veterans suffering from PTSD, multiple sclerosis patients, who require a higher level of THC to see relief.&#8221;   She&#8217;s also not excited about Governor Abbott&#8217;s declaration that it&#8217;s the only marijuana bill he&#8217;ll sign as governor.
