Patrick Kelly&#8217;s attorney filed another motion saying Judge Jack Skeen is not fit to hear the case. It was a bail hearing for Kelly, who&#8217;s on trial for his alleged involvement in the 2007 &#8220;Mineola Swingers Club&#8221;. The allegation is Kelly forced children to perform sex acts in front of an audience. His original conviction was thrown out.
