According to KETK, the Uphsur County District Attorney&#8217;s Office reports Cory Martin Colvin, 35, of Naples, had his conviction upheld for the 2013 sexual assault of a then-11-year-old girl. He was fired by the Telford Unit in New Boston in August 2013.
