Motorists should use caution during travels. Henderson County is reporting flooding and washed out roadways.   FM 315 is washed out and closed about 3 miles from SH 31.  FM 1616 has two washouts &#8211; about a mile from Loop 7 and a second location about a mile from FM 773.
