According to the Longview Police Department, Ramon Berumen-Campa, 28, of Mexico, was arrested in a immigration sweep by United States Border Patrol Agents. According to KETK, on June 29, 2008, Berumen-Campa shot and killed Eduardo Quezada, 25, at Quezada&#8217;s  home in the 700 block of Travis Street before burning the house down. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Berumen-Campa was also arrested in October 2013 for reportedly shooting a man during an argument in Durango, Mexico.
