Meghan Dodd, 27, noticed a blind spot in the center of her vision when she was 18. It grew and a year later she was declared legally blind. She&#8217;s starting to drive again with the help of bioptics. It&#8217;s a rectangular box attached to the front of her frames which acts like a magnifier.  Now Meghan, who works at the East Texas Light House for the blind, is about to get her license again and she&#8217;s thrilled. There are some restrictions.
