According to KETK and the Longview News-Journal, the man who was seriously hurt in that wreck is suing the driver for medical compensation.   The driver is denying claims in the lawsuit.  Susan Michelle Skinner drove her car into the back of a trash truck, pinning Dennis Montgomery between the two vehicles.  One of his legs had to be amputated.
