According to KETK, Public Information Officer Don Martin says Gregory Acosta, 22, of Lindale, hit a car in a parking lot at On the Border, in the 4300 block of South Broadway.  Martin says Acosta then fled the scene and caused a second crash near the intersection of Old Bullard Road and SSW Loop 323.  The suspect was arrested at the scene and charged with driving while intoxicated. He was released on $500 bond early the next morning.
