On Tuesday, police arrested two people for allegedly stealing a package from a front porch and mail from an address on Cloverdale in South Tyler.  The adult suspect arrested was identified as Jonathan Blake Weaver (pictured), 22, of Tyler. The second suspect is a juvenile and his name is being withheld. <!--more--> <\/p>\n<p>Upon further investigation police recovered numerous items believed to be stolen that were delivered to residences in South Tyler and left on the front porch for pickup by the owner.  Thanks to an alert neighbor and good description police were led to the suspects&#8217; identity and location, according to a police department news release.
