Bond on Carl Wayne Crabtree, who turns 31 on Friday, has been set at $750,000 on each charge. Last Wednesday, Crabtree&#8217;s vehicle crossed the center line on the Old Jacksonville Highway and collided head-on with an SUV driven by Dana Regester, 41, of Flint. She was killed in the crash along with her front seat passenger, Pasha Zapolsky, 18, of Bullard.
