The accident happened just a few miles north of the Interstate Highway 20 overpass on Highway 31 around 8:00 Saturday night. Department of Public Safety Troopers said the drivers of the two vehicles, David Denman, 55, Kilgore, and Benjamin Sanchez, 46, Conroe, crashed head-on. They were both killed in the collision. Troopers said Heather Sanchez, 33, a passenger in Sachez\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s vehicle, was taken to the hospital to be treated for injuries. She is said to be in stable condition. Two children were also taken to a nearby hospital. One child is in critical condition. The other child is in stable condition. Their ages are unknown at this time.
