According to KETK, Christian Sibley, 21, Tyler, was arrested Friday, for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and escaping from custody. He was released Monday after posting bail. On  February, 3, police responded to a reported shooting an Exxon gas station in the 3000 block of Estes Parkway. Police said Jerrad Hunt showed up at a local hospital with a gunshot wound. Hunt passed away Monday, February 23.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The aggravated assault complaint, filed in the 124th District Court, includes Sibley\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s statement to Longview police February 3. He claimed Hunt dropped the gun in his lap during a scuffle. He claims that during a struggle over the firearm, it went off. The family of Hunt, 22, Longview, wants charges filed against Sibley upgraded from aggravated assault to murder. An aggravated assault with a deadly weapon complaint was filed against Sibley in February in connection with Hunt\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s shooting.
