KETK reports that Charles Draper Skinner, aka &#8220;Draper Skinner,&#8221; entered a guilty plea Feb. 12 in the county&#8217;s Second District Court.  Skinner got the prison time for the indecency with a child charge and probation for the assault charge. Upon his release from prison, Skinner will be supervised in Cherokee County.
