Jay Webb. The Longview News-Journal reports, the Kilgore woman was transported Saturday to the Harrison County Jail in Marshall and faces a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Authorities spent months looking for Davison and believed she had been killed. She was arrested Feb. 4 in Lexington, Kentucky, and officials said they believe she was trying to start a new life.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The drug charge that Davison faces is a state jail felony, punishable by 180 days in jail, a fine not to exceed $2,000 or both, according to the Texas Penal Code.
