KETK reports that officers found the woman&#8217;s body in her cell Wednesday around 10:20 p.m. She was alone and is believed to have committed suicide, according to officials.  The woman was being held on multiple Gladewater Municipal Court charges, as well as a Gregg County Grand Jury indictment for forgery of a financial instrument. <!--more--> <\/p>\n<p>Medical personnel were immediately called to the scene, where it was confirmed she was indeed deceased. Officers then secured the jail cell and immediate area to maintain the integrity of the scene until the Texas Rangers and Justice of the Peace could arrive and conduct a formal investigation, according to officials.  The investigating Texas Ranger ordered an autopsy to be performed as part of the investigation.
