According to KETK, the Marshall Police Department says at 12:45 p.m., officers searched a house in the 1800 block of South Street in an attempt to locate a wanted felon.  Police found Damon Covington, 36, inside the home. The suspect had been wanted for over two years.  Covington is required to register annually as a sex offender because he had sexually assaulted a juvenile.
