Killed Sunday night was Courvoiser Kimmetrrius Butler, 24, of Tyler. He was said to have been shot during the shootout with the owner of the Mi Pueblo Food store on Morningside Drive. Butler\u2019s body was found lying on the floor of the store. He was wearing a ski mask and gloves. The store\u2019s owner was not injured. Authorities believe Butler may have been accompanied by a second person.
