According to KETK, Arp Police arrested Dustin Vanhalst, 33, Wednesday evening. Vanhalst has been charged with murder. He was transferred from Smith County and booked into the Rusk County Jail. Clement&#8217;s body was discovered January 16 following a structure fire at his home on CR 291 in the northern portion of Rusk County. Rusk County Sheriff Jeff Price said a preliminary autopsy indicated that Clements was killed.
