That&#8217;s according to KETK and the Longview News-Journal.  Heather Rebecca Beck, 47, is charged with aggravated kidnapping after she was arrested just before 1 a.m. on Tuesday at the Zippy J\u2019s in the 4000 block of Estes Parkway, according to an affidavit of probable cause. <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p>Police said Beck was found after a witness reported a man at that location walking with his hands tied behind his back. The victim was found with his hands bound with zip-ties and black Duct tape behind the store, police said.
