Spring.  A social hour will begin at 6 p.m., with a business meeting set for 7 p.m. The event is free and open to the public, said Beverly Abell, leader of the City of Tyler Main Street Department. Heart of Tyler serves as an advisory board to the City on downtown revitalization matters.  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are so grateful that Martin Walker is opening its doors to us for the annual meeting,\u201d Abell said. \u201cEvery year we try to choose a setting that highlights recent accomplishments and renovations, and their location is perfect, given the amazing work they have done on the building in recent months.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The meeting will feature a review of 2014 achievements, among them new businesses, events, and renovations in the downtown area, as well as three \u201cBest in Texas\u201d awards from the Texas Downtown Association. Heart of Tyler chairman Bill Newburn will lead the business meeting, which will include the election of new board members and honoring board members whose terms have ended.  The highlight of the evening will be presentation of the Brick Award, which is given to a person or entity that has demonstrated outstanding service to the cause of downtown Tyler revitalization.<br \/>\nPresident-Elect Shane Rohrbach will conclude the meeting with a look toward 2015 projects and goals.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting itself will include food and drinks, music and art.
