KETK and the Longview News-Journal report Jeffrey Lawrence MacDonald, 37, was arrested Friday after police say he was caught on video performing sexual acts with a boy under the age of 14.  According to police, MacDonald\u2019s roommate came forward earlier this month after he had reviewed video from the pair\u2019s apartment from September and discovered footage of MacDonald engaging in a sexual activity with a 13-year-old boy. The video was used to store apartment surveillance and media, Armstrong said.
