KETK and the Longview News-Journal report this is the fourth time Kyron Rayshawn Templeton\u2019s capital murder case has been rescheduled from the weekly status docket. The docket is for attorneys on both sides to inform the presiding judge of their progress toward trial. Judge Alfonso Charles has issued a gag order in the case.
