The Christmas day shooting injured Larry Rhodes. He was said to have been shot once in the hip and then taken by private vehicle to the University of Texas Health Center. The shooting occurred at a home on U.S. Highway 271 North. Sheriff Larry Smith announced yesterday Susan Horn Agbugba, 63, of Tyler was arrested by Patrol Deputies of the Smith County Sheriff\u2019s Office. She was arrested off Highway 271 North after they received a tip.
