The accident happened shortly after 2:00 yesterday afternoon at U.S. Highway 250 North and Interstate Highway 20. Dead at the scene was Ashley Brooke Norris, 31, of White Oak. She was killed when her car struck the back of the truck-trailer which was trying to cross the highway. The truck\u2019s driver was not injured.
