Sheriff Larry Smith reports it occurred November 26 in the 11000 block of CR 152 West. The victim was out of town and returned November 27 to find his residence had been burglarized. During the burglary, 17 firearms, a vehicle, three televisions, a compound bow, a Play Station3 and assorted female clothing and jewelry were taken from the residence.  On November 29, the victim\u2019s vehicle was located inside the city of Tyler along with two suspects. Sheriff\u2019s deputies were dispatched to the location along with Tyler police officers. Deputies contacted the two suspects, Matthew Mills and Kelsi Beall, at the location. <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p>Sheriff\u2019s detectives responded to the scene and interviewed the two suspects. During the interviews, the suspects reportedly stated that on November 26, they, along with three other individuals, burglarized the residence on CR 152. The suspects agreed to assist detectives in attempting to recover the property, according to officials. Authorities say the suspects showed detectives a residence inside the city of Tyler where they had been staying. At the residence, detectives recovered jewelry and clothing that were reportedly taken during the burglary.<\/p>\n<p>On December 3, detectives obtained a search warrant for a residence in Henderson County. On the same day, Smith County Sheriff\u2019s Office detectives, accompanied by detectives from the Henderson County Sheriff\u2019s Office, executed the search warrant at the residence. Four stolen firearms, a compound hunting bow, a Play Station3 gaming system, four games for the gaming system, and an illegal firearm were recovered inside the residence, according to officials. The owner of the residence was not present upon execution of the search warrant.<\/p>\n<p>The recovered property was returned to the Smith County Sheriff\u2019s Office, and the firearms were sent to the crime lab to be processed for latent prints. After a criminal history check was completed for the owner of the Henderson County residence, it was determined he is a convicted felon.  On December 8, arrest warrants were obtained for Matthew Mills, Kelsi Beall, and Alec Graham (pictured) for the offense of burglary of a habitation. $75,000 bonds were issued on each of the arrest warrants with conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Mills and Beall were arrested December 9. Both suspects were transported to the Smith County Jail and booked for burglary of a habitation.  Mills was also booked in for an outstanding felony warrant for fraud use\/possesion of identifying information. This warrant had been issued through the Tyler Police Department.
