Turner represents House District 33, which encompasses all of Rockwall County and portions of Collin County.  In a resolution supporting Turner, Smith County GOP leaders say &#8220;the people of Texas&#8230;sent a clear and unmistakable signal in support of the conservative agenda promised by the Republican House candidates.&#8221;  The resolution cites Turner&#8217;s high rating by several conservative groups.
