The call came in around 4:15 Sunday afternoon about a pregnant woman who had fallen from a moving vehicle. It happened on Highway 110 South near County Road 2138 near Troup. The call originally reported an auto accident. However, state troopers reported no accident and alerted the sheriffs office. The woman, after being treated on scene by EMS, was transported by life flight to a Tyler hospital for further treatment.
