That\u2019s according to sources close to the situation who spoke with ESPN. The sources say the deal could be done as early as Tuesday. ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter says to date, the NFL has shown no willingness to allow Peterson to be removed from the commissioner\u2019s exempt list and to return to work.
