That\u2019s after the former Palestine star reportedly told a court employee that he had recently smoked marijuana before taking a drug test Wednesday. Peterson made his first court appearance in Texas on Wednesday since his indictment last month on a felony child abuse charge. According to the filing signed by Montgomery County District Attorney Bill Delmore, Peterson admitted to a court employee that he had \u201csmoked a little weed\u201d before the test. Not taking any illegal drugs is a common condition to adhere to when out on bond.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Peterson has been free on $15,000 bond on a charge of felony child abuse. A trial has tentatively been set to begin December 1. No action was expected on the prosecutors\u2019 filing before a recusal hearing scheduled today for the current judge in the Peterson case.
