The program cares for athletes from The University of Texas at Tyler, Texas College in Tyler, Kilgore (Texas) College, Tyler Junior College and more than 25 high schools. Mother Frances Hospital is a Blue Distinction Center+ for hip and knee replacement, as well as spine surgery. In 2014, the hospital was named one of the Top 100 in the nation for orthopedic surgery by CareChex, as well as number 1 in Texas for Medical Excellence in Orthopedics and number 1 in the market for Orthopedic Care and Major Orthopedic Surgery.
