Jimmy Deshawn Mosley Jr, 26, entered the plea in connection with the October 2012 shooting death. In exchange for the plea, it was recommended that Mosley be sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. State district judge Dwight Phifer accepted the plea and sentenced Mosley to life. Hunter was shot outside Hunter\u2019s club. The killing is said to have occurred as Mosley tried to rob the club after it closed.
