This paves the way for a plea agreement for Dexter Levi Prince, 22. The Longview News-Journal reports Prince will plead guilty to a lesser charge of manslaughter and be sentenced to 12 years in prison. This would make him eligible for parole after six years. Prince, who is the brother of former NFL player Demorrio Williams, is accused of the March, 2011 shooting death of Danielo E. Nelson, 25, of Longview.
