KETK reports Executive Director JoAnn Fleming and her colleagues recently visited the border to see how illegal aliens get into our country. Fleming and her team sat in dangerous areas surrounding the border at night for several hours before being approached by a border patrol agent who approached them only armed with a flash light. She said after witnessing the events first hand, she realized how much danger our border patrol and other law enforcement agents are in while being in the area.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Much of the area isn\u2019t even patrolled by the law enforcement because of lack of manpower, and cartel members giving themselves access to areas where border patrol can\u2019t pursue them, such as federal property. Fleming showed members clips from the Project Veritas documentary in which investigative reporter James O\u2019Keefe showed how easy it was to get into our country. He even did it dressed as Osama Bin Laden. Fleming\u2019s trip was also documented and will be shown at the next Grassroots America meeting.
