The 20-year-old Bendy and two other men are charged with the murder of Briana Young last summer.   KETK reports evidence in the case shows Young was caught in the middle of a shootout between rival gangs at P.T. Cole Park.   The district attorney&#8217;s office says Bendy was the driver and fired 8 shots that night with a 9-millimeter pistol.   Young was shot twice.  The fatal shot came from a Ruger bullet. Authorities are still trying to find the origin of that second bullet.
