Smith County Sheriff\u2019s Office patrol deputies and detectives responded Monday evening to a call regarding the alleged incident.  The 15-year-old stated she had been with a 25-year-old male relative near a boat ramp on Lake Tyler when he began making sexual advances towards her.  That same evening, State District Judge Christi Kennedy signed the warrant for Brandon Stahl for indecency with a child, sexual contact, and set a $75,000 bond. <!--more--> <\/p>\n<p>A short time after the incident allegedly occurred, Stahl was arrested and booked into the Rusk County Jail on an unrelated charge.  He is now being held on both charges in the Rusk County Jail.
