KETK reports John E. Petty, 63, of Longview, was honored at 2:00 this afternoon at First Baptist Church in downtown Longview.   A reception followed at the Longview Museum of Fine Arts, where Petty&#8217;s photo exhibit is on display.  Coast Guard officials suspended their search for Petty Wednesday. He was among eight people in the diving group.
