Texas&#8217; public safety department says Leo Colston, 60, who is from Nacogdoches, was arrested in downtown Los Angeles. Colston was convicted in 2002 of an indecent sexual contact charge involving a 7-year-old girl in Houston. The U.S. Marshals Service issued a warrant for his arrest last April for a sex offender registration violation. More warrants were issued for Colston for failure to register as a sex offender by Texas and California police in 2013. The department says Colston will be brought back to Texas to face charges.
