Alvin Westley was indicted by a federal grand jury on October 23, 2013, and charged with federal child pornography violations. He pleaded guilty on January 9 to possession of child pornography. Westley was sentenced yesterday to 156 months in federal prison by U.S. District Judge Leonard E. Davis. Federal prosecutors said on Jan. 26, 2011, Westley knowingly possessed child pornography.
