KETK reports that according to judicial records, Charity Johnson entered a guilty plea on a failure to identify charge at 8:00 a.m. She was later sentenced to 85 days in jail with time served. She was then released after spending 29 days behind bars. County Court at Law #1 Judge Rebecca Simpson presided over the hearings.
