That&#8217;s according to information released by the department Thursday.  The department conducted a recent traffic survey in the City of Tyler to determine what percentage of occupants of a vehicle were wearing seatbelts.  The survey results indicated that 98% of vehicle occupants were buckled up; that was an increase of 2% over last year.
