TYLER — A tractor trailer rig caught on fire this morning and stalled traffic in a couple of lanes for a time, but those roads are now open. It started around 5:15 this morning at Loop 323 and Old Jacksonville Hwy. Officials said it’s believed the truck caught fire due to a malfunction with the brakes.
