According to KETK, Thomas &#8220;Tommy&#8221; Finklea, 44, of Kilgore, was jailed after a warrant was issued by Gregg County Precinct 1 Justice of the Peace B.H. Jameson stemming from a December 17, 2013, incident. It&#8217;s not the first time Finklea has been charged with this specific crime. He was also locked up September 3, 2013, for theft but was released the same day.
