The commission investigates allegations of judicial misconduct or judicial disability and disciplines judges.   Hernandez is vice president of First Bank and Trust East Texas. She is a board member of the Corporate Board of Directors of  the Boys &#038; Girls Clubs of Deep East Texas, the United Way of Angelina County, and the Housing Authority of Diboll.
