Court records show Judge Christi Kennedy ordered Rachelle Ann Hartgraves, 48, of Mineola, to serve four years&#8217; probation after entering a deferred adjudication plea.  According the Smith County Sheriff&#8217;s Office, on March 13, 2013, Hartgraves was arrested following an investigation and charged with injuring a child. She was taken into custody at her workplace, the Smith County Adult Probation Department on Elm Street in Tyler.
