According to Gregg County judicial records, Sergio Antonio Galicia-Orozco, 41, received five years&#8217; probation for a January 2012 incident in which Galicia-Orozco, while dressed as a woman, stroked a Longview teen&#8217;s stomach before reaching into the victim&#8217;s shorts.  KETK reports Galicia-Orozco entered the guilty plea in December 2013 and was sentenced Thursday by Gregg County 124th District Judge Alfonso Charles. <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p>Initially, Galicia-Orozco faced up to 99 years in prison, but a plea deal between his lawyer and a Gregg County prosecutor ended in the dropping of sexual assault indictments and injury to a child with mental disabilities.
