A Kilgore police officer spotted a man, dressed in women\u2019s clothing, riding a bike on a dead end street. Assistant Chief Roman Roberson says Larry Lynn Wheeler, 57, had committed a traffic offense, so the officer decided to stop him. Roberson says during the ensuing investigation, methamphetamine was located on Wheeler, and he was hit with drug charges.
