Marshall Ave.<br \/>\nAngel Manuel Uveda \u2014 Wildflowers Gift Shop, 1320 E. Marshall Ave.<br \/>\nTimothy Juliano \u2014 Wildflowers Gift Shop, 3808 Gilmer Road<br \/>\nPayne Allen Chaison \u2014 The Glass Dragon, 807 N. Fredonia St.<br \/>\nJoshua Taraus Toliver \u2014 The Glass Dragon, 904 Pine Tree Road  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p>The citations were issued under Texas Penal Code Section 32.42, subsection B4, which deals with deceptive business practices and states, \u201cA person commits an offense if in the  course of business he intentionally, knowingly, recklessly, or with criminal negligence\u201d sells \u201cadulterated or mislabeled commodity.\u201d  Longview police spokeswoman Kristie Brian said the statute gives law enforcement agencies room to penalize clerks who work at places such as the Glass Dragon, Wildflowers, and  Scooby Snax, each of which have locations in Longview that reportedly sell the potpourri.  The offense is a Class C misdemeanor, and violators face up to a $500 fine for the first offense.
